Details
A Baristsa's Guide to the Perfect Brew:
Hardware:- 8 Cup (1 liter or 34 oz.) French Press
 - French Press Brewing Bag
 - Ground Coffee (we recommend grinding fresh)
 - Kettle
 - Timer
 - Scale
 - Mug
 
Brewing:- Bring 29 oz (860 ml) of water to 206°F (96°C)
 - Place 8-10 tsp (54 grams) of ground coffee beans into the French Press Brewing Bag
 - Pull the drawstrings closed and tie
 - Place the French Press Brewing Bag into the beaker allowing the drawstrings to hang over the top
 - Add half of the water to the beaker and let sit for 30 seconds. This allows the coffee to "bloom" as gases are released and the coffee expands
 - Add the remaining water and let the coffee steep for 4 minutes
 - Press the coffee and pour into your favorite mug
 - Discard the French Press Brewing Bag
